Having read the reviews, I booked two electric bikes! Perhaps the reviews refer to the work of a mechanic but as a renter we draw a veil of compassion. 70 euros thrown into.... one of the two bikes with a seat requested by me to transport the 4 year old girl.... I realized after taking it that the front brake braked very little.... the bell was broken and the .cell phone holder used as a navigator was terrible....every time the cell phone fell off and I had to put it in my pocket. The second bicycle, perhaps in a little better shape, after 2 kilometers and 600 meters lost its rear tire... but we were equipped with a special spray can. Too bad it probably wasn't a puncture but an inner tube problem! So the inflation kit didn't work. Having called the rental company, we agreed that I returned with my bike and he recovered the other one in the car. End of story: bike used for 2 and a half hours for 70 euros without even a hint of reimbursement! Terrible experience!

Great service from start to finish. Luca is very patient and helpful. The delivery service is really convenient, and the bikes were of great quality and the perfect size for each one of us. Prices were also very fair. Highly recommend this bike rental shop and will definitely repeat next year.

I had a problem with my bicycle and I tried to contact Bike green to ask if they could repair it. I spoke by telephone with Roberto who immediately proved to be a very courteous and helpful person. To avoid missing a morning on the bike, I rented an ebike from them. Adriano gave me a very nice mountain bike and the following evening he brought me back my repaired and clean gravel bike. I've been coming to Costa Rei on holiday for several years, where I like to spend part of the morning cycling, so I saved their number because if I needed I wouldn't hesitate to call them. If you need call them….top!!
